The efficiency of remote offices of any organization implies the need for complete synchronization of data with the main office in conditions of poor / unstable communication or even during its long absence. In this case, the data should accumulate, and when the connection appears, synchronize correctly in both directions without loss.
XRM Delivery provides the ability to autonomously perform logistics, warehousing and financial operations at the lowest level with the subsequent transfer of data to the system. To synchronize data between the periphery and the center, a multi-level data transfer system was created - from the most remote barcode scanner to the central database with which CRM interacts. Data synchronization is performed with CRM through a specially developed integrator, which, within 30 seconds (with an Internet connection), transfers data to the CRM and back.
Information from the scanners goes to the local database, from where, through a series of transit databases, moves to the central synchronization database, with which XRM Delivery works. The system is designed in such a way that if the base of higher order is unavailable, the base of the lowest order functions as a data store and will transfer them further after the connection is restored.
The system eliminates data loss and provides the ability to install and / or fully restore the software in a separate warehouse in 30-40 minutes, and provides full control from the central office for data accessibility and rights to perform certain functions.
The whole process of receiving and formalizing the cargo is formalized, which minimizes the probability of error or amateur performance of employees - for the employee's task is to properly fill in the forms, and all the complex calculations and actions the system makes independently. Each unit of cargo is brought into the system in the form of an object, through which the history of all occurring events and movements is kept. Each unique unit is assigned a unique barcode, with which XRM Delivery further interacts. You are able to monitor the status, condition and location of each cargo unit!
The system allows you to establish the exact location and status of a single unit of cargo along its entire path. The movement of cargo in the system is controlled through the creation of a log of events for each unit of cargo when it is moved. Log records are visualized as a separate web page, which can be viewed in relation to any unit of cargo directly by clicking on the link in the CRM.
In the event of damage, shortage or unloading of goods not intended for this warehouse, based on information from the scanner, the system automatically creates claims for the problem cargo. This allows you to identify and correct such errors at the time of their detection, and not at the time of the client's appeal, which positively affects the speed of solving the problem and the formation of a positive image of the company in the eyes of the client.
