Depending on the goals, tasks of the Customer, as well as the current state (availability and depth) of business process automation, three types of projects can be distinguished:
Rapid introduction
If the Customer has experience working with another CRM system and decided to switch to Microsoft Dynamics 365, this is the fastest and simplest project, since the Customer already has most of the necessary documents, knowledge, vision of his needs and expectations as a result of the project. Such a project takes from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the number of staff to be trained.
Introduction of
If the Customer has the described processes in detail, for which the company is already operating, and also there are all other documents necessary for constructing configurators, calculators and integration schemes with external applications and portals. Such a project takes from 6 to 16 weeks, depending on the volume of necessary development of additional functionality, the volume of integration with other systems and the number of personnel to be trained.
Full implementation
If the Customer does not have a description of the processes and the implementation begins with the diagnosis of the existing business model. Or, if the company is newly established, and the processes have not yet been exploited. The duration of such a project can take from 8 to 24 weeks or more, depending on the scale of Microsoft Dynamics 365 coverage by the business process system.
