I need to see a history of congestion and a forecast for the future, in order to promptly make decisions on the cuts or extensions of sites and units. I want to know every hero in my team. This is the "Operating Function" of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

TO SEE THE INCOME OF MY GOODS AND SERVICES.

I need a flexible pricing mechanism that is different for different types of products and different customers. I want to be able to change the markup or method of calculating it in different situations, and also see the results of all operations on profit, in the context of territories, sellers, products, customers. I need flexible discount lists and a lot of price groups for different brands, regions, industries and commodity balances. This is "Automated Pricing" in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

ADVERTISING INVESTMENTS IN ADVERTISING AND MARKETING ACTIVITIES, MANAGE THEIR BUDGET.

I want to see, as a result of what marketing activity each client came to me, how much it brought in revenue and profits and how useful such marketing is. I want to analyze this right away, during the marketing work and the sales process, and not later, when everything is over and nothing can be changed. I want to save successful marketing programs as templates and use several more times. I want my sellers to wedge into any conversation about our products and services in all social networks, let them automatically get notifications on disputes and councils in the system, and I want to see the results of their negotiations. This is "marketing" in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

PAY THE EMPLOYEE TO THE PERSON, PROPORTIONALLY WITH ITS ACHIEVEMENTS.

My system must keep a record of the sources of profit and the time spent, the quantity and quality of the work performed by the employees. I want to be able to quickly accrue bonuses and penalties based on this information. Yes, I will configure and analyze KPIs from metrics and goals. FULLY MANAGE SALES.

I know what the sales funnel is and the concept of "Sales Force Automation". I want to use them. I need to see every transaction, its status, the probability, the work done and planned for it. I should be able to control and speed up the sales process. Some of my sales are project-based. I need to lead the project, establish its goals, milestones, risks, conduct regular audits and see all the reporting. All project tasks must be linked in time and changing the timing of one task should change the parameters of the subsequent ones. The system should automatically calculate the cost of each task and the stage of the project as a whole. I want to see the planned and actual costs of the project. This is "Analytics" and project management in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

HAVE ACCESS TO THE SETTINGS OF THE SYSTEM.

I need a simple to manage and use system that I can configure myself. I do not want to depend on programmers and people who do not understand my business, I want a system for business, not a business for the system. This is Microsoft Dynamics 365.

MANAGE DOCUMENTS.

Document circulation must ensure the life cycle of each document, depending on its type, source and destination. My employees should be able to visually and make reviews of documents. The system should ensure the storage of all visas and reviews, and protect them from changes. No one can store important information outside the system. This is the "Workflow" in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

UNITE CLIENT INFORMATION WITH TELEPHONY.

Each incoming call by phone or Skype must be accompanied by a quick identification of the subscriber and automatically show to my employee contact details of the customer, the service history, the level of value and prompt the script for further handling of the call. Also, the system should automatically call up large lists of new customers, and remove my care of dialing from my employees, my managers should spend time only on communication with customers, rather than on working with telephony. This is the "Col center" in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

EVERYONE MY EMPLOYEE SHOULD KNOW, WITH WHOM IS COMMUNICATING.

At every point of communication between my employees and my clients, on any communication channel, the employee must have a quick look to be able to assess the entire previous history for this client and forecast the future. The system should help to make an operative decision on the client, the same, wherever he would apply in my company - a service, a branch, a call center. This is a "Client at a glance - Single Customer View" in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
